Ian has done amazing work on me for the past year and helped me with my pain management/mobility issues immensely. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at his soft tissue work. Ian has helped me gain my strength and confidence back after two hip replacements and a knee replacement. I had pretty much given up. My husband and I have been clients of Ian for 6 or 7 years. He has a knack for zeroing in on the origin of an issue and has never failed to alleviate the pain or tightness. He uses a combination of focused pressure and stretching that always leaves me feeling much better. After my husband was in a serious accident, Ian was very supportive, working on my husband's balance, proper walking form, range of motion, etc. I am certain that the regular sessions have kept him much more mobile that he would have been otherwise. Ian saved me! I had debilitating chronic pain for over 7 years and had all but given up on figuring out a solution. I decided to give myofascial therapy a try, and I'm so glad I did. Immediate relief after just one appointment! It felt like a miracle. I have been seeing him regularly for a year and my life has been completely changed. I look forward to it every week. Not only has Ian released my fascia, but he has increased my mobility through stretching and has also taught me how to properly activate the muscles. He is one of a kind and I highly recommend him.
